A large amount of companies have managed to move attention away from the factories in Mae Sot, who often make use of cheap migrant labor and under-age children, by having the garments created in sections.
Once the sections are all complete, they are shipped down to Bangkok, where minimum labor workers assemble them and add the labels.
These labels were smuggled out from various factories by workers and given to the Young Chi Oo Burmese Workers Association for record keeping.
