Hmmm.

I had the pleasure of meeting both Stan Engelbrecht and Nic Grobler, of Bicycle Portraits fame, for breakfast this morning in Durban.

Both Stan and Nic recently started a project investigating South African bicycle culture, and the lack of cyclist commuters out there on South African roads. They are shooting the entire project from their own bicycles whilst traveling around the country – meeting everyday South Africans out there whilst they use their bicycles.

They’ve used Kickstarter to fund this project, and whilst I’ve been pretty vocal about some of the projects using this exact approach, this is one project I’m actually excited about seeing the final project.
